{Spotlight Friday} ProNutrients Fruit & Veggie Minitabs by Centrum #NutritionPossible

I’ve mentioned a few times recently about how I’m trying to stay healthy and I think it’s one of those things that I will always have to make a conscious effort about especially with my busy life.

My goal is to exercise every day but in reality that doesn’t happen.  When I do make it outside for a walk in the fresh air, I feel so much better and I’m always glad I did.  Thankfully, we have plenty sidewalks and fabulous trails by my house to make it easier.

I think that it is so important for my kids to get exercise too!  We try to make sure they have outside time every day…some days we go to the park, or take a bike ride, or go swimming or take a walk together and sometimes they just play in our yard.  In the photo above, they kids were doing homework and were feeling burnt out.  They begged me to take a walk with them even though it was getting dark.  So, we headed out for a walk.  They felt so much better afterward and were able to quickly finish their homework!
Eating the right foods and avoiding the unhealthy foods is also important to me!  And there are ways that I try to add more fruit (like with fruit salsa made from this chopped fruit) and vegetables but never end up eating enough.
Here is breakfast…coffee, toast, a multi vitamin and a vitamin D.  These food choices are not super high on the healthy list but it is a fast meal!  I’ve also added probiotics which I take at night before bed.
Recently, I learned about a new product from Centrum called ProNutrients Fruit & Veggie and decided that I would like to try them!  Since I don’t get enough fruit and veggies in my diet, I am hoping these supplements will give me some of what I am missing!
So, I’m adding this minitab to my morning routine…wish me luck in my continued journey for health living!

Here are some pictures showing my shopping trip to Walmart:

I went Centrum’s Facebook page and printed a coupon for $3.00 off Centrum vitamins.  And I visited ProNutrients.com and printed a coupon for $3.00 off any of the 3 ProNutrient supplements which include Fruit & Veggies, Probiotics and Omega 3.

This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study for Collective Bias but all pictures and opinions are my own.
Due to stolen content, I have found it necessary to only show a snippet of my blog posts in my feed. Thank you for understanding that I want to keep the content I work hard to create on my website where it is originally published: thegunnysack.com

  3. I just printed out the coupon for the ProNutrients. Can I print out the Centrum coupon as well and use them both on the one bottle of fruit & veggie?

  4. Oh! I was looking for less processed sugar snacks for my sisters baby shower. Fruit salsa sounds delicious! What do i serve with it?

  5. Here’s wishing you luck in your journey for health living!

I can’t remember how I stumbled onto your site but I’m pretty drawn to all your craft tutorials. It’s giving me lots of inspiration! I was first drawn to the yarn bowl as it is really easy to make and I could do it with my godkids. In actual fact, I think that’s the only craft that I find do-able for myself. lol… The rest like sewing etc, I can’t do them. I’m also drawn to your self-made brown envelopes but once again that involves sewing. It it nonetheless giving me inspiration for how to personalize my packages the next time round.

Thank you so much for sharing your creative ideas. I’m gonna hit the follow button now!

  6. I am with you… it seems easier to sneak in extra fruit but veggies are so hard!! I am taking these new supplements too!

  7. These sound great! I’ll have to try them:)

  8. I really want to try these ones as I definitely am horrible about eating my fruits and veggies.

I love all your photos, thanks for sharing!
