There was an apple tree in my back yard when I was growing up! We used to help my mom collect the apples, peel and slice them and she would put them in the freezer. During the winter, she would take out a container of frozen apple slices and make microwave apple crisp! YUM! I made a microwavable single serving apple crisp and it was delicious!
Put flour, brown sugar and butter into a bowl.
Cut in the butter until it resembles course crumbs.
Add oats, cinnamon and all spice.
Peel and slice a medium apple.

Put the apple slices into a greased ramekin.
Top apple slices with oatmeal mixture.
Microwave on high for about 2 1/2 minutes until apples are tender. Top with a drizzle of caramel.
Sit back and enjoy your own little treat!
