I received 3 boxes of belVita breakfast biscuits and accepted the 5 Day belVita Breakfast Challenge. What is the challenge? To have belVita biscuits for breakfast for 5 days and see what I think.

I usually have coffee and toast for breakfast. So, for Day 1, I switched it out for coffee and Blueberry belVita which tasted like blueberry muffins! This was Christine’s favorite flavor and they first package to disappear.

On Day 2, I left in the morning and made it home just in time to pick up my kids from school. BUSY day!! So, I had Golden Oat belVita in my Chevy Venture with a Diet Coke. It was the perfect on the go breakfast and it kept me going until I had Subway for lunch. The Golden Oat flavor was Zack’s favorite and he thinks they taste like graham crackers.
Saturday was Day 3 and I had the Apple Cinnamon belVita and coffee with vanilla yogurt, homemade granola and raspberries. There are pieces of apples in these biscuits…YUM!!
On Sunday morning, my fabulous husband made me an omelet, bacon and coffee which I enjoyed with more Apple Cinnamon belVita. Lunch wasn’t until about 2:00 pm so I was thankful for the filling breakfast!

And for Day 5, I had Apple Cinnamon belVita with red seedless grapes and, you guessed it, more coffee!
Wondering about the nutrition in these biscuits and how they can help keep your going? Here is the nutritional information from the belVita Breakfast website:
Each individual package of 4 biscuits is portioned for part of a balanced breakfast. A 50 gram serving contains 18–20 grams of whole grain carbohydrates, 3 grams of dietary fiber, 3–4 grams of protein, and a good source of four B vitamins and iron. belVita Breakfast Biscuits also contain no high-fructose corn syrup, no partially hydrogenated oils (0 grams of trans fat per labeled serving), and no artificial flavors or sweeteners.

These biscuits were a big hit with my family and this was the last package of biscuits which Zack had for breakfast this morning! We are going to need to pick some more up next time we go grocery shopping!

I had the blueberry for breakfast. It’s yummy. I have yet to try the other flavors. I usually keep one in my purse too. Perfect on-the-go snack.
