Party Table

A couple of times a month, I get together in the evening with a small group of my close friends. We leave the kids at home with their dads and go out to eat, meet for coffee, or have dinner parties. We laugh together, cry together, and leave feeling thankful to be blessed with such special friends. I would love to have ladies over this summer for a backyard ladies night and I found these great tips and ideas from EVITE® and IZZE®.

Cheese Tray

A cheese tray is super easy to put together with a wheel of Brie, rustic crackers, and nuts. Everyone can serve themselves and choose what they like.

Sliced Fruit

Another easy food to serve is fresh fruit and summer fruits are the best. Peel and slice oranges and grapefruit. Arrange the fruit on a parchment-lined platter. Sprinkle the fruit with minced thyme.

Flatbread Pizza

Make a simple flatbread pizza that highlights delicious heirloom tomatoes. Brush a piece of store-bought flatbread with olive oil, top it with thin slices of red, orange, and yellow tomatoes. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Bake at 425 degrees about 5-7 minutes or until golden. Garnish with chopped basil before serving.

Peach Dessert

For dessert serve grilled peaches. Simply slice the peaches in half, remove the pit and grill on high for 3-4 minutes. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a drizzle of honey.

Izze In A Bucket

For the beverages, fill a bucket with ice and nestle various flavors of IZZE® in the ice to keep it cold. Choose flavors that fit the colors of the party decorations. Summer is short so take some time to enjoy the beautiful weather and bring the fun outdoors with a backyard ladies night! You can check out the full post on Evite for more ideas.
