Happy 2016! The past year just flew by. We had a wonderful holiday vacation and half of me wants our vacation to continue and the other half is ready to get back on a normal schedule. We need to get back to regular meals, regular exercise and regular sleep! I’m not big into New Year’s resolutions but I do feel that it is a great time to make a fresh start.
I’ve joined several of my food blogging buddies to share an easy meal plan for this week. I hope this menu will take some of the stress out of your week and that you will find some great new blogs to follow. Below you will find the easy meal plan with six fantastic main dishes, a breakfast recipe and two delicious desserts that your family will love. There are photos of each menu item, as well as links to each recipe. Plus, we’ve designated Friday as date night and the kitchen is closed to give you a break, but feel free to change the menu to best fit your family’s schedule. All you have to do is buy the groceries and follow the recipes.
