Christmas is only a few weeks away and as 2015 is going to be coming to a close, my thoughts go to all of you, my readers, my supporters and the reason that I continue to share recipes here week after week. Crock-Pot – Ohhhh, the Crock-Pot! How could I get by without you? I received my first Crock-Pot as a wedding gift and I’ve been using them ever since. I use my Crock-Pots to make meat, soup, stew, pasta, dips and desserts. I currently have a 6 quart Crock-Pot, a Lil’ Dipper and three Crock-Pot Hook Up units: a 3.5-quart oval, a 2-quart circle and two 1 quart ovals.
2-Quart Glass Batter Bowl – We currently have two 2-quart glass batter bowls or measuring bowls, one 2-quart plastic measuring bowl, one 2-cup glass measuring bowl and one 1-cup measuring bowl. These bowls are used to make soup in the microwave, mix batter and melt chocolate.
Wilton Cookie Pan – I’ve had this pan for YEARS and I use it all the time. I can’t remember where I bought it and now I don’t know what I would do without it. I use it for making things like bars, chicken, and cookies.
Lindor Truffles – So there aren’t really a kitchen tool, but they are pretty amazing. I’ve been hooked on them for years and my kids even call them mom’s “special chocolates”.
Tovolo Silicon Spatulas – These spatulas are so awesome! I have these two mini spatulas as well as one of the larger Tovolo Silicone Spatulas. They work great and the heads are heat resistant up to 600 degrees. I use them for everything from buttercream to scrambled eggs.
Silpat and Roul’Pat Silicone Mats – I’ve been using my Silpat Silicon Baking Mat and my Roul’Pat Workstation Mat for over a year now and I love them! I use them for lining baking sheets, rolling out dough and for chocolate dipped items.
T-Fal Professional Nonstick 10.25-inch Fry Pan – We bought this frying pan specifically for making omelets and it is fantastic. We love omelets and having a great pan is the most important part of making them. This T-Fal pan with a Thermo-Spot Heat Indicator has excellent reviews, it lays completely flat on the cooktop, it is nonstick and the sides are gently sloped.
