These Crunchy Ranch Chicken Tenders are a kid friendly meal idea that is easy to prepare using Land O’Lakes Sauté Express.
It seems like while on summer vacation there should be plenty of time for things like cooking dinner but I’ve got to admit that we’ve been eating a lot of meals in restaurants and getting takeout. One of the reasons is that we were on vacation so we didn’t have access to a kitchen. Another reason is that we are out-and-about a lot during the summer and we don’t pay much attention to what time it is. Suddenly, we are hungry and realize it is mealtime. Yet another reason is that we are too busy to make dinner but I recently found out about a new product from Land O’Lakes called Sauté Express Sauté Starter. It is a seasoned butter and olive oil blend in a square that cooks and seasons chicken fish or pork in one step making dinner prep much easier.
Each package of Sauté Express Sauté Starter comes with 6 individually wrapped squares. There are 4 flavors: Italian Herb, Garlic and Herb, Savory Butter and Olive Oil and Lemon Pepper. I found a recipe for Crunchy Ranch Chicken Tenders on the Land O’Lakes website and it calls for the Garlic and Herb blend which I found at Walmart.
The first step of the recipe is to coat the chicken. There are three bowls to put the chicken tenders in before cooking them. First, coat the chicken with a flour and ranch mixture. Next, dip the chicken into beaten eggs and finally press on corn flake cereal crumbs.
Melt three Sauté Express squares over medium-low heat until they start to bubble.
Add the chicken and cook over medium-low heat turning often until cooked through.

Vanessa wanted her chicken tenders with ranch and carrot sticks.
Zack wanted his chicken with pasta. I made some wide egg noodles and he put butter and Parmesan on them.
I am very happy with how the Crunchy Ranch Chicken Tenders turned out. The chicken was tender and juicy with a delicious crunch on the outside. The Sauté Express Sauté Starter gave it a nice garlic and herb flavor and help make the coating crunchy. Another one of the really neat things about the Sauté Express Sauté Starter is that there are enough squares in the package for multiple meals!
Here are four more meals using the Sauté Express Sauté Starter Garlic and Herb for a week’s work of dinners. It makes meal planning for the week quick and easy.
