Happy May Day everyone! Summer is going to be here before we know it. We spent the weekend sticking close to home. We got some work done, played tennis, hung out with our kids and visited with some of our relatives. The perfect, relaxing weekend! I hope you had a relaxing weekend as well!
I’ve joined several of my food blogging buddies to share an easy meal plan for this week. I hope this menu will take some of the stress out of your week and that you will find some great new blogs to follow. Below you will find the easy meal plan with six fantastic main dishes, a breakfast recipe and two delicious desserts that your family will love. There are photos of each menu item, as well as links to each recipe. Plus, we’ve designated Friday as date night and the kitchen is closed to give you a break, but feel free to change the menu to best fit your family’s schedule. All you have to do is buy the groceries and follow the recipes.
