Ranch Cauliflower Bites are an easy appetizer or side dish the whole family loves. When dipped in ketchup, they taste like french fries!
I’ve made cauliflower bites often, adding various spices and they are so good! The last time I made them I decided to add powdered ranch mix to make Ranch Cauliflower Bites in a ranch oyster crackers style recipe.

Ingredients Needed
- Cauliflower: Buy a head of cauliflower and cut it into florets. Or purchase the florets to save time.
- Oil: Use olive oil to coat the cauliflower bites so that the seasonings will stick. The oil also helps them brown.
- Seasoning: Season them with powdered ranch dressing mix, dill weed, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
How To Make Cauliflower Bites
Start by cutting one head of cauliflower into large pieces since they will shrink as they bake. Then, toss them with olive oil and put the cauliflower pieces in a pan lined with parchment paper.
Next, sprinkle them with 1/2 tablespoon of powdered ranch, dill weed, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to coat. Then, sprinkle them with an additional 1/2 tablespoon of powdered ranch.
Bake them for 15 minutes at 400˚F. Then, remove them from the oven, spray them with cooking oil, and sprinkle them with a final 1/2 tablespoon of the powdered ranch. Finally, bake for an additional 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until browned.
Remove from the oven and enjoy the ranch cauliflower bites dipped in ketchup!
Other Ways To Make Cauliflower Bites
- Buffalo Cauliflower Bites: Coat the roasted cauliflower in buffalo sauce before serving.
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower: Remove the cauliflower bites from the oven 15 minutes before they are done and sprinkle them with grated parmesan. Return them to the oven to finish baking.
- Bacon Cauliflower Bites: Add bacon to the pan for more flavor!

I am considering making these because they look amazing! I was wondering, how long do they last? Can you keep them and make eat them the next day or should they only be eaten right away?
