Chocolate Melting Wafers – dark  – white – milk

Ingredients

Strawberries – One 16 oz. container

Toppings and Decoration – swirled, melted chocolate – chocolate chips – sprinkles – use your imagination!

Start with a container of strawberries. Rinse the strawberries and then dry them very well. Dry strawberries are the key to have the melted chocolate stick well!!

Some grocery stores sell long strawberries around Valentine’s Day that work perfectly for dipping in chocolate, so be on the lookout!

Pour chocolate wafers into a bowl, and heat them in the microwave in 10-second intervals, be sure to stir them along the way until smooth!

Dip the dry strawberries in melted chocolate and place them on a piece of parchment paper or wax paper.

If you want to add decorations, only dip one strawberry at a time. Decorate it and then move on to the next strawberry so that the chocolate doesn’t harden before you can add the decorations.
