Ingredients chicken breast panko Italian breadcrumbs Parmesan cheese garlic powder eggs water  flour sea salt black pepper butter canola oil spaghetti sauce mozzarella cheese dried parsley

Split the chicken breasts  in half.

Pound the chicken breasts until flattened.

Mix together panko, Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and  parmesan.

Coat both sides of the chicken in flour.

Coat the chicken with the eggs.

Coat the chicken with the breadcrumb mixture.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.

Cook the chicken in a pan with butter and oil.

Top the chicken with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Broil on high for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with dried parsley.
