Turn the grill on to medium high so that it can heat up.
Mix together 1/4 cups of olive oil with 1 tablespoon garlic and herb seasoning.
Set up an extra table near your grill, if you need extra space.
Cut a piece off of the lump of dough and flatten it out into a circle using your hands. Set the dough down on a piece of parchment paper and continue to flatten and shape it. Brush the dough with garlic and herb olive oil.
Place the dough on the grill with the oiled side down.
Brush the top side with more of the garlic and herb oil.
Once the crust looks cooked and you can see grill lines, turn the heat to low and flip the crust over.
Working quickly, add your pizza toppings.
Close the lid to let the cheese melt while being careful not to burn the bottoms of the pizzas.
Have some plates or a large platter on hand for the cooked pizzas.
