Place unwrapped peppermint patties between Ritz crackers on a microwavable plate.

Microwave briefly for 5-8 seconds to soften peppermint patties.

Gently press down on the crackers until the peppermint patties are the same size as the crackers.

Melt the CandiQuik according to the instructions on the package.

Dip the peppermint patty sandwiches into the chocolate or vanilla CandiQuik and place on a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
