baking soda

nutmeg

mashed bananas

egg

buttermilk
1/3
cup
melted butter

teaspoon
vanilla

cup
chopped walnuts
Instructions
Mix together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
Add mashed bananas, egg, buttermilk, melted butter, vanilla and walnuts.
Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
