Peanut Butter Truffle Bark

  • Start by lining a 9×13 inch pan with foil and greasing it lightly it with cooking spray.
  • Melt 16 oz of vanilla candy coating and spread into pan and allow it to harden.
  • Mix together softened butter, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Spread the peanut butter mixture over the hardened vanilla candy coating layer.
  • Press Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Minis into the dough.
  • Melt another 16 oz of vanilla candy coating and carefully spread this over the peanut butter layer.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  • Allow the top layer to harden and then lift the bars from the pan using the foil.
  • Carefully cut the bars into pieces.
