  • 3.9 oz package Jell-O instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sanding sugar or sugar crystal sprinkles


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together dry chocolate pudding mix, Nutella, and the egg.
  • Roll cookie dough balls in the sugar.
  • Place on a cookie sheet covered with a silicone baking mat (or parchment paper) and used a fork to make a crosshatch on each cookie.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
