These easy to make Nutella Pudding Cookies only require four ingredients. So crunchy, fudgy, and insanely delicious that you might want to make a double batch!

Ingredients
  • 3.9 oz package Jell-O instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp sanding sugar or sugar crystal sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together dry chocolate pudding mix, Nutella, and the egg.
  3. Roll cookie dough balls in the sugar.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet covered with a silicone baking mat (or parchment paper) and used a fork to make a crosshatch on each cookie.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
