This Loaded Baked Potato Dip recipe is easy to make. A creamy dip with bacon is the perfect party appetizer when served with potato chips or waffle fries!

  • 10 slices bacon cooked
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered ranch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Chop the cooked bacon and the chives. Set aside a little of each for garnish.
  2. Put the sour cream, cream cheese, powdered ranch, garlic powder, chopped bacon and chopped chives in a bowl. (Add shredded cheddar cheese if desired.) Mix until combined.
  3. Scoop the dip into a bowl and garnish with the chopped bacon and chopped chives that were set aside and black pepper.
  4. Cover the dip and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight.
  5. Serve with potato chips or waffle fries.
