Steep two chai tea bags in 4 ounces hot water for five minutes. (You can use your Keurig to dispense the hot water.)
Make the espresso style K-Cup using the 4 ounce setting on your Keurig. (Or brew strong coffee.)
Put ice in a large cup, add the brewed tea, two tablespoons of espresso from the Keurig (or strong coffee or one shot if made in an espresso machine). Add whole milk and sugar.
