marshmallow cream

granulated sugar

powdered sugar

powdered hot cocoa mix

unsweetened cocoa

vanilla

+ 2 tablespoon flour

baking powder

milk chocolate chips

Jet-Puffed Mallow Bits
Instructions
Beat the butter, shortening and marshmallow cream.
Cream in the granulated sugar and powdered sugar.
Mix in the powdered hot cocoa mix and unsweetened cocoa powder.
Add the egg and vanilla, mix well.
Stir in the flour, salt and baking powder.
Stir in the milk chocolate chips and mallow bits by hand.
Use a tablespoon sized cookie dough scoop to form balls of dough.
Bake at 350 degrees on a parchment lined baking sheet for 9-11 minutes allowing the pan to cool between batches.
