Italian Roast Beef Sandwiches

  • Slow Cooker Italian Roast Beef shredded (or shredded roast beef mixed with pasta sauce)
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 4 large slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese mozzarella or marble jack
  • 1/2 cup pasta sauce
  • Oregano


  • Heat the Italian shredded beef in the microwave until hot.
  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Cut the sub rolls and layer with mozzarella cheese slices, hot Italian shredded beef, extra pasta sauce (optional) and shredded cheese. Top with a sprinkle of oregano.
  • Place under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
