One Pot Pasta: Turkey Alfredo Ziti

  • 2 cups turkey breast cubed
  • 3 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 jar Ragú® Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups ziti
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Optional: oregano and black pepper for garnish


  • Sprinkle turkey breast cubes with Italian bread crumbs and stir to coat.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the turkey and brown for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Add the ricotta cheese, garlic salt, Ragú® Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo Sauce, water and ziti . Stir to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat and simmer for 12-14 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is done.
  • Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, cover the pan and allow the cheese to melt for a couple of minutes. Or if your skillet is oven-safe, place the pasta under the broiler for a couple of minutes to brown the cheese.
