Put mint chocolate chip ice cream, cold coffee, chocolate syrup and milk into the blender and mix until well blended.
Prep your milkshake cups by adding chocolate swirls. I took my bottle of chocolate syrup and drizzled it into my vintage style green Ball mason jars in a swirling motion.
Pour the mocha mint milkshake into the mason jars and top them with whipped cream and chopped Andes mints.
