Bacon and Cheese Quiche

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup half 'n half
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2/3 cup cooked crumbled bacon (about 11 slices)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Whisk together eggs, sour cream, half 'n half, salt and pepper.
  2. Press a puff pastry crust into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Top with crumbled bacon.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over everything.
  6. Bake at 390 degrees for 17-20 minutes in toaster oven until puffed and golden brown. (35-40 minutes at 400 degrees in a standard oven).
