Mini Meatball Sliders

Course Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 32 premade frozen Italian meatballs
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 8 garlic breadsticks
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Put the meatballs in a pan with 1/4 inch of water, bring it to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add jar of spaghetti sauce to the pan and simmer until heated.
  • Bake garlic breadsticks at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  • Cut each breadstick into 4 segments.
  • Put sauce covered meatballs on the bottom halves of the mini garlic breadstick slider buns.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Add the top bun and hold in place with a toothpick.
  • Alternative: Prepare the meatballs and sauce in Crock Pot. Just cook the meatballs and sauce on high for 2-3 hours.
