Cheese Fondue Recipe

  • 1 cup sparkling apple juice or apple juice or whole milk
  • 2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 lb block cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 oz bag Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  1. Heat sparkling apple juice and chopped garlic just until it starts to boil.
  2. Slowly add the shredded cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese a 1/2 cup at a time, whisking with a fork until smooth.
  3. Blend in black pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
