Sicilian Pepperoni Rolls Recipe

Instructions

  • Thaw and raise one loaf of frozen bread dough.
  • Cut off a piece of dough and flatten into a long rectangle on a greased surface.
  • Spread on ranch dressing.
  • Top with pepperoni, pepper jack cheese and shredded marble jack.
  • Sprinkle with garlic powder, dried onion (or chopped green onions) and pizza seasoning.
  • Roll up rectangle and pinch one end to hold in toppings.
  • Place in a greased muffin tin, pinched end down and press down on roll.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle on Parmesan and pizza seasoning.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with pizza sauce.
