Put the white chocolate chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave at medium (50%) power for 30 seconds and then stir. Continue heating at medium power for 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted and smooth.
Dip the mini pretzel sticks into the melted white chocolate and allow the excess chocolate to drip off before coating it with sprinkles. You can shake the sprinkles on or gently roll the chocolate coated pretzel in sprinkles.
Place on a piece of waxed paper, parchment paper, or a silicone baking mat to allow the white chocolate to harden.
