Banana Cream Pudding Layer Cheesecake Topping 3 cups cool whip 1/4 cup roughly chopped graham crackers 2 bananas (sliced)
Cheesecake Layer Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the beaten eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over crust and bake at 375˚F for 20-25 minutes, or until done (top is dry to touch).
Cool completely.
Banana Cream Pudding Layer Cheesecake Topping Top the cheesecake with cool whip, roughly chopped graham crackers and banana slices.
