This Two Ingredient Dough Focaccia Bread recipe is a NO YEAST bread that is super easy to make! It can be served as a side, an appetizer, or used for sandwiches.
Mix the self-rising flour and plain, fat-free Greek yogurt to combine. Turn onto a floured surface and knead several times. Form into a ball.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a 10-inch cast iron skillet. Add the ball of dough and flatten slightly. Turn to coat both sides with olive oil. Flatten dough to fill the pan.
Press fingertips into the dough to form dimples. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary and sea salt.
Bake at 400˚F for 30-35 minutes.
