Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chili powder
  • 2 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • teaspoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together until combined. Store in an airtight container for up to a year.
