Ingredients

  • 13 oz bag tortilla chips
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1.5 cups taco meat
  • cup black beans rinsed and drained
  • cup diced tomatoes
  • cup minced onions
  • cup sliced black olives
  • cup diced green chilies
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • cup sour cream
  • cup guacamole

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F.
  • Line 6 small rimmed baking sheets (or 2 large sheet pans) with tortilla chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Add a second layer of chips and shredded cheese. Top with taco meat.
  • Bake at 400˚F for 4-6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Top with black beans, diced tomatoes, minced onions, sliced black olives, diced green chilies, sliced green onions, sour cream, and guacamole.
