Put diced apples in a bowl. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to coat.
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly.
Spread the coated apples in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle crumble topping over apples.
Bake at 375˚F for 40-50 minutes, until the apples are tender and the crumble topping is golden.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.

Storage
Fridge: Allow it to cool completely, cover the dish, and store it in the fridge for up to four days.
Freezer: After completely cooling the apple crumble, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil. Store it in the freezer for up to 3 months. Allow it to thaw in the fridge.
Reheating: You can reheat it in the oven at 350˚F for 10-15 minutes or in the microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, depending on your microwave.
