Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • ¾ cup craisins dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¾ cup bacon bits about ½ pound cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup roasted sunflower seeds

Broccoli Salad Dressing

Instructions

  • Place the broccoli in a bowl and add the craisins and chopped onion.
  • To make the dressing, mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Stir in crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds before serving.
