14 oz can tender artichoke hearts drained and chopped
10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
8 oz cream cheese softened
½ cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic minced
4 ounces shredded parmesan about 1 cup
4 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese about 1 cup
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400˚F. In a medium size bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined.
Spread in a greased 1.5-quart baking dish or 10-inch cast iron skillet.
Bake at 400˚F for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Note 1: Prepare Ahead of Time

To prepare it ahead of time, complete the first two steps, cover the dish, and refrigerate until ready to bake.

To use your crockpot, mix all of the ingredients together and place them in a 3-quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 – 3 hours until heated through.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to a month. Reheat in the microwave or oven until hot.
