Start the day with this colorful Acai Bowl recipe! Top each smoothie bowl with fresh fruit, granola, nuts, coconut, nut butter, and honey.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz acai puree two 3.5 ounce packets*
  • 1 frozen sliced banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit
  • 1 cup tropical juice or your favorite juice or milk

Instructions

  • Put the tropical fruit juice, acai puree, frozen sliced banana, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, and frozen dragon fruit into a high-speed blender jar.

  • Blend until smooth. You made need to stop the blender and stir the ingredients occasionally since the acai smoothie base is thick.
