Preheat oven to 425˚F and place a pizza stone in the oven so that it gets hot. *See note one for an alternative method.
Roll the dough into a circle on a silicone mat and place it on a cookie sheet (or pizza peel) that has been sprinkled with semolina flour.
Top the crust with barbecue pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, shredded provolone, bbq pulled pork, sliced onions, and bacon bits.
Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone in the oven and bake it at 425˚F for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is cooked.
Garnish with chopped cilantro.
BBQ Pulled Pork
Reheat the pulled pork, if necessary.
Mix together the warm pulled pork and the barbecue sauce.
Barbecue Pizza Sauce
Stir together the pizza sauce and barbecue sauce until combined.

Notes
One: Pizza Stone Alternative
Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet. Partially bake the crust at 425˚F for five minutes. Add the toppings and return the pizza to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Two: Leftovers
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for 1-2 months. Reheat it in the oven, microwave, or air fryer.
