Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

puff pastry sheet

cup
sour cream
1/2
cup
half 'n half
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
2/3
cup
cooked
crumbled bacon (about 11 slices)
1
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Whisk together eggs, sour cream, half 'n half, salt and pepper.
Press a puff pastry crust into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over everything.
Bake at 390 degrees for 17-20 minutes in toaster oven until puffed and golden brown. (35-40 minutes at 400 degrees in a standard oven).
