Preheat the oven to 350˚F. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of celery soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Drain the cans of green beans and add them to the soup mixture along with 1 cup of the french fried onions. Gently stir to coat. Spread the mixture in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350˚F for 30-35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Top with the remaining ¾ cup of french fried onions. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.

One: Variations
Cheese: Try adding one cup of shredded cheddar, parmesan, or pepper jack cheese.
Veggies: Remove some of the beans and replace them with an equal amount of carrots, peppers, cauliflower, or broccoli.
Toppings: Try sprinkling the top with shredded cheese, crushed Ritz crackers, breadcrumbs, or stuffing.
