Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Cut chicken into small pieces while 1 tablespoon of olive oil is heating in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and stir while it browns. This only takes a couple of minutes.
Pour on the sauce and stir until all the chicken is coated.
Turn the heat to low, cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Brush pizza crusts with olive oil.
Layer on mozzarella cheese, basil, fire roasted tomato chicken and dot the top with pizza sauce. Bake for about 8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
