Melt chocolate candy coating in the microwave.
Using a knife, the back of a spoon or a kitchen brush, add melted chocolate to the sides of mini foil baking cups.
Allow the chocolate to harden. Then, recoat the sides with chocolate and cover the bottom of the mini foil muffin cup.
Allow the chocolate to harden. Then, add 1 teaspoon of Biscoff Spread to the center of each cup, smoothing it out on top.
Cover the Biscoff Spread with more melted chocolate.
Once the chocolate has hardened, peel away the foil cup to eat or wrap to save.
