Root Beer Buttercream Frosting
Servings 2 1/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoon root beer concentrate I used McCormick
- 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Beat the butter and shortening until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly mix in the powdered sugar one cup at a time.
- Beat in the root beer concentrate, marshmallow cream, milk until light and fluffy.
