1 3/4 cups flour 2 tablespoon brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs beaten 1 cup buttermilk 1 cup vanilla yogurt 2 ripe bananas mashed 1/2 cup butter melted
Sift together the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Then, whisk in the buttermilk, yogurt and mashed bananas.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk lightly. Batter will still be lumpy.
Stir in the melted butter.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a greased skillet. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
