Ingredients
Baby Spring Mix Lettuce
Shredded Chicken
cooked
Black Olives
Raspberries
Shaved Parmesan
Raspberry Vinaigrette
Optional: walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Put a large handful or two of lettuce in a bowl.
Top with however much shredded chicken you want.
Drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette.
Add black olives, Parmesan and raspberries (add as much of these as you want).
Optional: add some walnuts or pecans
