Ingredients

salsa

light sour cream

romaine lettuce hearts
chopped

can chipotle corn
drained

can black bean
rinsed and drained

red pepper
chopped

avocado
diced
1
bunch green onions
chopped

Roma tomatoes
diced

bunch cilantro
chopped

cup
Colby Jack shredded cheese

package Santa Fe style tortilla strips

chicken
cooked and sliced
Instructions
Mix together the salsa and sour cream in a small bowl.
Place the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
Top with 1/2 of the dressing and toss.
Serve with remaining dressing on the side.
