  • Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan (this is my favorite) over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring often.
  • Add the butter, cooked chicken, lemon pepper seasoning, and lemon slices. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the chicken heated through and the asparagus is tender and browned.
