This One Pan Lemon Chicken with Asparagus is full of flavor and done in only 10 minutes! A great way to use leftover chicken or make with rotisserie chicken.
A local grocery store sells prepacked, cleaned and trimmed veggies with seasonings in their produce department.
When I spotted the asparagus with lemon slices and lemon pepper seasoning last winter, I just had to try it for lunch and it turned into one of my very favorite meals.
If I’m really hungry, I can eat it all myself, otherwise, there is enough for two.
The great thing about this recipe is that you can easily add more to increase the number of servings.
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan (this is my favorite) over medium-high heat.
Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring often.
Add the butter, cooked chicken, lemon pepper seasoning, and lemon slices.
Continue cooking for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the chicken heated through and the asparagus is tender and browned.
So easy to make and so delicious! If you are making this one pan lemon chicken with asparagus for your whole family, use a larger skillet and double the ingredients.
