This Grilled Orange Chicken recipe has a delicious orange flavor! It can be served over rice or leave the orange chicken on the skewers to serve as kabobs.
First cut the boneless, skinless chicken breast into pieces.
Make the orange chicken marinade by mixing together pulp free orange juice concentrate, soy sauce and olive oil. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for 20 minutes.
Put the pieces of chicken on skewers.
Dip a paper towel in olive oil and use tongs to lightly brush the oil over the grill grates. Grill the orange chicken kabobs over medium heat, for 6-8 minutes, turning every couple of minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
To make the orange chicken sauce, whisk together pulp free orange juice concentrate, barbecue sauce, olive oil and corn starch until smooth. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes, until thickened.
Brush the orange chicken sauce on the grilled orange chicken skewers and serve them as kabobs.
Or remove all of the chicken from the skewers and place it in a dish. Pour the sauce over the grilled orange chicken pieces and stir to coat.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
