This cheddar cheese fondue recipe is kid-friendly cheese dip that can be used as an appetizer or as a fun dinner! Serve with cubed bread, fruit and veggies.

1 cup sparkling apple juice or apple juice or whole milk 2 teaspoon minced garlic 1 pound cheddar cheese shredded 8 ounces Monterey jack cheese shredded ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Heat sparkling apple juice and chopped garlic just until it starts to boil.
Slowly add the shredded cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese a 1/2 cup at a time, whisking with a fork until smooth.
Blend in black pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
