Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 cups baby field greens
  • 2 clementines peeled and segmented
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 4 tablespoon dried cranberries

Citrus Salad Dressing

  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed clementine juice or orange juice
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Combine baby field greens, clementines, walnuts, and cranberries in a salad bowl.
  • Put all of the salad dressing ingredients into a powerful blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with the salad.
