Instructions
Rinse the strawberries and dry them very well.
Pour chocolate melting wafers into a small, microwave-safe bowl.
Heat them in the microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir and then continue heating in 10-second increments, stirring after each time, until smooth.
Dip the dry strawberries in the melted chocolate and place them on a piece of parchment paper or wax paper.
Add decorations if desired.
Once the chocolate is set, store the chocolate coated strawberries in the refrigerator for 2-3 days in an airtight container covered with waxed paper.
